Switch to ABN AMRO and get a Le Creuset Dutch oven worth €209

If you open a current account (Basic Payment Package) for yourself using the code SWITCH during the promotion period (18 November 2024 to 14 January 2025), you will receive a Le Creuset Dutch oven worth €209. Here's how it works:

  1. Open an account in the app and use the code SWITCH
  2. Activate the ABN AMRO app
  3. Request the free switching service, enter the details of your old bank and confirm your switch
  4. Within a few days you will receive an email that the Dutch oven is being delivered to you

Who this promotion is for

You can take part in this promotion if you:

  • are aged 18 or older;
  • have an official Dutch home address;
  • have a Dutch ID, a residence permit or an international passport;
  • are not yet an ABN AMRO customer;
  • open a current account for yourself in the ABN AMRO app (the promotion only applies to the Basic Payment Package);
  • remain an ABN AMRO customer during the entire term of the switching service (13 months) - but preferably during the entire lifespan of your new Dutch oven.

Other important information

  • You can only take advantage of this promotion once, i.e. you can only open one new current account in your name.
  • Your current bank has to participate in the switching service, you can check this on the website Overstapservice.nl.
  • ABN AMRO Bank N.V. reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions or to cancel or extend the term of the promotion at any time, in which case an updated, amended version of the promotion terms and conditions will be posted on abnamro.nl.
  • The promotion is an initiative of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. with registered offices in Amsterdam.
  • ABN AMRO N.V. only uses your data for the promotion and shares it once with the supplier of the Dutch oven.
  • This promotion is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be heard in the first instance by the competent court in Amsterdam.

Exclusions

  • If you enter incorrect personal data, you will be excluded from the promotion.
  • ABN AMRO reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion at any time if it is of the opinion that the participant has violated one or more conditions of participation, has provided incorrect or incomplete information, or has acted in any other legally impermissible manner.

Applicable law and disputes

  • If you are not happy with this promotion, please send us your complaint. ABN AMRO makes every effort to deal with complaints effectively.
  • These promotion terms and conditions and the promotion concerned are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these promotion terms and conditions and/or from the promotion will be heard in the first instance by the competent court in Amsterdam.
